Shipping at a glance

Standard shipping is $8.00. Orders of $70.00 or more qualify for free Standard shipping where that rate is available at checkout. The checkout total is the final shipping charge for the selected destination.

Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days. The order cutoff is Weekdays 5 PM Pacific Time. Orders submitted after the cutoff begin processing on the next business day. Weekends and public holidays are not business days.

Return request period and approval
Contact us within 30 days after delivery to request a return. Email support@cupsheqqa.shop with the order number, reason, and photos when an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. A request is not approved until our support team confirms eligibility and provides instructions.
Non-returnable items
The following are not eligible for change-of-mind returns: Used or customer-damaged products, customized products, opened hygiene or sealed products, gift cards, and products marked Final Sale. Contact support if an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, including an item normally excluded from returns. These exclusions do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Condition and proof of purchase
Eligible items must be unused, in the condition received, and returned with included parts and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Products that no longer match the supplied order record may be refused.
Return destination

Refunds, order problems and exchanges

Original shipping charges are refunded when an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not delivered; otherwise only the eligible item price is refunded.
Cancellation and address changes
Contact support promptly with your order number to request a cancellation or address correction. Support will confirm whether fulfillment can be stopped; submitting a request does not itself cancel an order. Once dispatched, the return policy applies.
Exchanges
Contact support to request an exchange. Support will confirm availability, eligibility and any price difference before a replacement is arranged.
